There was 'The Fascinators' DooWop-ing into our 50s diner hearts (i'll have some fries with that). There was Fascinators, pretty ones, dramatic ones like a funeral, all black with cascading tulle (oh, the sheer drama of death!) And now there are these purty ones, making a come back just like burlesque (not talking about Cher and Christina, though the rendition of Mae West's song 'A Guy What Takes His Time' was acceptable, Mae would have approved...I think. Oh you sooooo knew the Mae West comments would be coming).
